Homebound Sacramental Visitation

An outreach to the sick and homebound in the parish. Commissioned as Extraordinary Eucharist Ministers, those involved in this ministry bring the Eucharist to those unable to come to Mass due to illness or old age. They facilitate the pastor's visit when a grave need or old age warrants.
