We have parishioners trained to take Holy Communion to the local hospital, nursing home and senior living facilities.

Stanford Court Nursing Home - residents of this facility have Eucharistic Ministers who come each week to distribute Holy Communion and pray the rosary. They also assist the priest in the celebration of Mass each month and when he administers the Anointing of the Sick.

Edgemoor Hospital - a team of parishioners reach out and visit with patients or residents of this hospital. They distribute Communion or pray with those they visit. A Mass is held every third Thursday of the month with the assistance of the Eucharistic Ministers and with the administration of Anointing of the Sick.

Lantern Crest - a rotating team of parishioners provide a Communion Service each Sunday at 10:30am for the residents of this facility who are unable to take the bus to 8:30am Mass at the church.
